「The best hotel experience I have had in a long time. We had a car ride that was incrediblv chaotic anc stressful so we arrived 6 hours later than expected and in the middle of the night. Sarah helped us get checked in quickly and efficiently. She even helped with a phone charger that I forgot to pack ano signed us up for late check out so I could sleep in The dav staff was iust as amazing. I wish I had gotten everyone's name. From the housekeeping staff, to the buffet staff, to the front desk...

「Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. 」

「We loved it. It was the second time at the tail of the dragon. Great system, very updated, and comfortable bed. The exit light was too bright but don’t know if that’s a Va codes issue. We will be back in the fall. 」
