「My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.
This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and...

「We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I would definitely stay here...

「We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families. The outdoor space is truly spectacular. Close to the ariport and local attractions making travel easy. Check in and check out was an easy process and I felt 100% welcome. When we come back I will likely book in the same location.」

「I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.」
