The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family.
The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. My wife and I developed severe back pain during our stay and were only able to sleep for about 2–3 hours each night because of the mattresses.
I would recommend that the hotel management or housekeeping regularly inspect the mattresses and beds to ensure they are in good condition for future guests. Replacing worn-out mattresses would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
