「Excellent house, host, and location. 」

「What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. 「Very good staff. Tons of things out of their control like all the addicts around the property, so make sure to park where you can see your vehicle from your room. They offered amenities at the front desk, like $15 frozen personal pizza, etc... The room/bathroom was spacious and clean. The ice machine works. They have coffee ready in the lobby for very early travelers like myself, which was great for a 4am start to the day. Overall, as a solo traveller, I liked this hotel. Not so sure I would...
