Home was very clean. Quiet location. Easy access. Hosts responded quickly if/when needed. Fireplace on upon arrival making it very homey. Host soon arrived asking if we needed anything. Bottle of wine on island as gift which we shared with family. Would recommend!

It appeared to be a recent remodel in a quiet neighborhood. It had a beautiful fireplace A\C and everything I needed. 5 star towels and very comfortlable bed and pillows.

Everything was perfect! The host was responsive to our questions and helpful in providing spices, ice and directions to the property. The beds were comfortable as were the living room and dining room furniture. There were books for reading and puzzles for working. The yard was fenced for our small dog and the decor was great. We definitely will return again when our travels bring us to the area. Highly recommend.

Great Host!

The host was amazing! We were traveling cross country with 3 dogs and a moving truck hauling a car carrier. They were super accommodating! They even let us park the truck at another property and gave a ride to the rental! Absolutely great people! The house was great as well, even though we only stayed one night it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Home away from home

Second one month visit. The owners work hard to improve the property, most noticeably this time with a new, very comfortable mattress. The area is superb, with beautiful mountains and a variety of places to eat. Close to Albuquerque but infinitely more peaceful and safer. We love this place.

Great cozy house!

While the drive into the neighborhood is down a bumpy dirt road, nestled between other properties is a nice, clean, modern home. The owners are very responsive and the beds very comfortable! We just completed our second stay!

Delightful stay

The property is very clean and nicely furnished. The owners are nearby and promptly attended to any issues that arose. The complimentary cleanings and toiletries were appreciated. Was a great place to explore northern New Mexico from. Loved the scenery and ease of getting to Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Wonderful property

The house is beautifully decorated. High quality appliances and linens. Located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the mountains and sunrises and sunsets. Large fenced yard that gave our two dogs lots of area to run and be off leash. So much thought was put into providing guests what they need. So comfortable! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

This cute home with a beautiful view of the Sandias is a fun place to stay. The owners have some neat, hospitable touches that help you know they really want you to enjoy your visit.

Clean, well maintained, charming house and yard. Ample supplies, well stocked kitchen including both Keurig and filter coffee maker, nice towels and soft bedding. Owner even left us a complimentary bottle of the local wine. Would definitely stay here again.

New Mexico vacation

Comfortable home in a great location

This home was just the right size for the two couples that stayed for the weekend. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable with all the conveniences, appliances and appurtenances that we needed. Although it is located conveniently near Hwys 14 and 306, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountains. We would stay here again.

Balloonfest with girlfriends

Had a fantastic time! The property met all our needs for our time in Albuquerque for the Balloonfest. Tried several of the restaurants nearby & they were great. Definitely would recommend this place to family & friends.
