「Only stayed 1 night as the hotel is under a remodel, was told we were going to receive a refund for 3 nights due to this, manager was pissed that we gave him a low rating, claims we should have talked to him before issuing a rating, and that he was going to "consider" a refund, and only issue one if we gave him 5 stars. NOT RIGHT!! Also, we booked on Sept. 21, 2026, going by the narrative on the website, and expected to be charged when we arrived, NOT immediately, which should have been a red...

「very hard to get a receipt we got put in a connecting room very uncomfortable with that as we have no clue who's in the other room someone kept opening the door it sounded like lock on door missing took a while to get it fixed. it is close to the ark wish there were places to eat in town found one place good prices poor staff not n knowing what to do」

「Room was clean but small . Staff was all very nice . Breakfast was per usual . Air conditioning was not very cold . For the price it was all good . We went to The Ark which was only a few miles from hotel .」

「New building, tall ceilings, clean and gleaming property and room, including kitchenette in the room . Breakfast was very good too. The AC unit was too cold and difficult to control but we managed. I absolutely will add this chain to my list of goto hotels.」
