「Room was lovely! Stayed the night with my young son after diggerland 🚜 (only an hour away) Staff were great, room was clean, food was fab, bed was super comfortable! Easy to park, relaxing atmosphere, felt safe! Would 100% recommend 👏 ⭐ 」

「ｴｼﾞﾝﾊﾞﾗからバーミンガムへの移動途中に１泊しました。M6から近く、またとても静かな周辺でもあり、1泊だけでは勿体無い。是非ここに泊まり、湖水地方やボーダー付近を観光されてはいかがでしょうか。 オーナーご夫妻はとても素敵な方で、ディナーの予約を忘れたにもかかわらず、あり合わせだよと言いながら、ステーキ、サラダを用意してくださいました。 どこのレストランでいただくよりも美味しく、お部屋は広くバスルームはメンテナンスが行き届いています。 お部屋からはお庭の大きな池がが見え、まるでモネの絵の様でした。 この宿に泊まるためだけに、必ず再訪したいと思います。」

「We recently stayed at this lovely cottage in Carlisle with my two children and had an amazing time. The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage had a lovely big garden with beautiful views, and there were some great walks nearby which we all enjoyed. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!」

「I got a parking charge from Brittania parking for the final day at the IBIS. Parking should have been paid by the hotel. Having received the charge IBIS were unable to help.」

「Just come back from Gretna really enjoyed our stay the staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the restaurant and the food was lovely the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was also very good with a self service menu with a good choice of hot and cold options. We have booked to come back in July for our sons wedding so now we have experienced the hotel we are looking forward to our next stay.」

「Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t. There was only one towel in the bathroom, so my husband and I had to share as when we realized it was too late to request...
