I booked this at the last minute when my plans to hike and camp in Bandelier National Monument were disrupted by the government shutdown. The host, Louise, was very responsive, and the house was clean and supplied with all that you would need to make your own meals. It is well situated for exploring Jemez Canyon and the Ojito Wilderness Area.
We were looking for a reasonably priced overnight stay between Amarillo and Moab, Utah. This was about halfway. The place was as advertised, and just what we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The communication with our host was great.
