"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "

"Amazing stay in Medellín! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance. Our host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. They organized our transportation, helped us with reservations and tours. Highly recommended! "

"Beautiful hillside home with lake views! We rented this property for a group of 15 people for three nights and had a wonderful time. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was very nice and quick to heat up. The sauna/steam room was amazing to relax in. We partied here and it was nice to have some space from other properties so we had some privacy and were able to be louder than normal with not having other properties right next door. The staff Sebastian and Luisa were amazing and very helpful....

"Claudia was by far the greatest host you can ask for. From organizing our transportation from Medellin to delivering one of most romantic nights we as a couple had. Claudia organized an in house Chef (Juan) for an candle lit dinner underneath the stars. The food was amazing throughout our stay. The house is something from a movie and details were amazing. "Great location and service. Felt safe with security. Cleaning lady was friendly, came in a little early but still very good.Improvements: More plates and dishware. 5 dinner plates is not sufficent for a 7 bedroom house. The silverware was cheap and needs upgrades.The pots and pans need replacement. Some of the pots were old and had metal flaking off them. More toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins would have been helpful.Wish we knew we could have done laundry prior to last day. Overall happy...

"This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group.
