Aside from the room surpassing our expectations, the staff were the best. The receptionist helped us with transportation and the server at the restaurant was super attentive and the food was amazing. San Sebastian isn't a tourist/vacation area. We were there on business and found the surrounding area to be a bit unsafe, especially after the election. Several times, riots broke out directly down the road from our hotel.
