"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. "Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "
