"A very beautiful hotel, modern with fancy decor. The pool, gorgeous,. However, the service was problematic. 2:30 in the afternoon and my room had not been cleaned! Also, I bought a bottle of water in the lobby for L70 ($3)! Really?? Aside from that inflated price, it took the staff almost 15 minutes to get me my change.
