It was an amazing place. The staff are the best. They treat us so nice. The only thing that didn't like was the restaurant. It was a very limited menu. There weren't many options for breakfast. But I love it. I had a great time there.

Beautiful, but...

A very beautiful hotel, modern with fancy decor. The pool, gorgeous,. However, the service was problematic. 2:30 in the afternoon and my room had not been cleaned! Also, I bought a bottle of water in the lobby for L70 ($3)! Really?? Aside from that inflated price, it took the staff almost 15 minutes to get me my change. The elevators were out of order for most of Sunday, but I guess that had to do with the power outage in the city. Never the less, it's awful to have use the stairs to and from my 6th floor room.
