We had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Eden. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from start to finish. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start each morning. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Zipolite, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Yes, absolutely the staff are darlings. Super courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned spotless. But you need to request the the cleaning. The food was good. The location was fine, just 10 min walking distance. Our room was super comfortable. With AC, refrigerator, safe box, large washrooms with hot water. Alberto the host will do his best to make you very welcomed and comfortable

The stay was amazing from start to finish. Big thank you to Alberto and the rest of the El Edén crew. We arrived a few hours before check-in and Alberto offered to store our bags for us and keep in touch via WhatsApp to let us know when the room was ready. The suite we had booked met all our needs: big comfy bed, strong AC, shower with consistent hot and cold water. There was access to cold filtered water on every floor. Alberto offered us very reasonably priced laundry service as well. One of the reasons we booked here was because all the past reviews mentioned the delicious breakfast and I can confirm: it was fantastic. Everyday we were given 4-5 different options, and each one I had was great. The location of the hotel is great: very accessible by taxi, and quite centrally located between both ends of the beach. I would definitely re-book at El Edén. Thank you Alberto and team for such a fantastic first experience in Zipolite!
