It includes the entire rooftop (300 meters), open-air bedroom, dining space, and bathroom. The ocean view from the house is unforgettable.
Casa El Delfin, 3rd Floor Bungalow is a one-of-kind space with the most dramatic ocean views imaginable. Once on the rooftop, you'll need to go up a spiral staircase where you will find your dream, open-air bedroom. This bungalow has a matrimonial/queen-size bed with 3 large open-air windows w/screens (if you like to use) to view the ocean. There is a full bathroom on the rooftop. There is a nice dining area equipped with a gas stove, mini-fridge, and hot/cold water dispenser. If you rent this space, it would include the bungalow and entire rooftop all for yourselves. There are hammocks & lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views and year-round sun. There is a small flight of steps to arrive to the 3rd floor. Kayaks and life vests are available to guests.

You will be able to view the beautiful sunrises everyday of your stay. You will have full access to 3 beaches to snorkel, swim, scuba dive, or just enjoy the sounds and smell of the ocean air. There's some of the most beautiful coral reefs and fish in this area. There are several open-air restaurants/bars on the beach close to the house and small grocery stores in the neighborhood for your convenience. This is truly paradise.
Estacahuite is pretty peaceful. At times, there may be dogs barking and roosters in the morning, music playing & fireworks especially around the holidays, and possible construction sounds which are all part of the neighborhood. We do have a 12:00 am (midnight) quiet time at our home.
All bedroom furniture, tables, and benches have been custom made using exotic wood by local artists.
There will be a building staff member available 24/7 for your convenience and will greet and let guests in when you arrive.
We do have external security cameras (no audio). There are no interior cameras. They are installed for the entrances to the property and in the exterior terrace passage areas. These are on at all times. This is for liability and safety measures for our guests.
