Although there was a power outage during my stay that affected the whole area (out of the hotel's control), they quickly moved me to a room with power and ensured I had everything I needed. "The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance."
