"The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also in an excellent location and the concierges were very helpful any time we needed anything. One down side was that the spa was closed for renovations, and the menu of services was more like a massage parlor and beauty salon than a typical spa. They didn't have the typical menu of facials, etc. However I did book a massage and it was great. The masseuse brought a table into the room since the spa was closed. Have cash available if you want that service. "

"We enjoyed our three-night stay at Hotel Casa de Capitel Nazarí, which is centrally located in Granada’s historic neighborhood. Staying there is an excellent way to experience the atmosphere, traditional lifestyle, and cultural heritage of Albaicin. It helpes that the restored house has an elevator. It is also tastefully decorated with old and contemporary art pieces, which guests can explore and admire at leisure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The thing that potential guests should be mindful of is the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues. For example, we needed to step up twice to enter our room from the corridor and then bathroom is three four steps down. "
