「A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in.」

「My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.」

「This was my second stay here and I absolutely love it! Everything about it is lovely and I hope to stay again when I'm back in the area!!」

「Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again.」

「"Treehouse retreat" accurately describes this property. Peaceful perch in Mill Valley, Beautiful panoramic views in the trees, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Muir Beach Overlook. Great seafood just a few minutes away at Hook Fish Co. Communication was perfect and owners were patient when we didn't promptly respond to given spotty cellular access on our road trip through Yosemite and Sequoia.」

「Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay」

「This was a great place to stay for a group! We did a friends trip and spent some time at Six Flags and some time in San Francisco with this home as our base. It’s right around the corner from the theme park, but the neighborhood felt safe and secure. It’s about an hour from the city and was easy to go back and forth. The rooms were great - private, clean, and well taken care of. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「Great house for families. Lovely Berkeley environment. Great host. Trip was totally pleasant and smooth—would definitely book again!」

「We really appreciate your property…big enough so we could spread out a bit!! The back yard was a plus with our doggo! The chickens next door a humorous addition!! Your house was comfortable and served us very well for an overnight on our way through California!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend with our pups. Located in a nice cozy community and conveniently only 20-25 mins from San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf. The back house was very nice, clean and refreshing with pretty much all the amenities you can need. It was nice to be able to let our pups out for some fresh air and exercise without having to lease them up. Lissa is an amazing HOST… she’s very nice and welcoming. She was very responsive to any of my questions and provided us with info...

「Great location and comfortable spot for two people and outdoor spaces are very nice; check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very responsive when needed. I do feel the listing is misleading, as you will not find out until your check-in email (or thoroughly reading reviews first) that the hot tub is shared with two other vacation rentals. Additionally, it is also located on the grounds of one cottage, so there is some awkwardness in traipsing through someone else's space, especially at...
