"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it...

"This hotel is exactly what I've been looking for! Just 90 minutes from Medellín on a great road, it's the perfect quick escape. ​I went just myself for a night to relax. I felt incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. The staff and managers were super accommodating (and wonderful with my two small dogs!).
