Cozumel Hotel & Resort - All Inclusive
"Hotel needs maintenance by the pool area. A lot of ties missing and pavers were replaced by cement patches. Pretty weak I thought. Stair areas were very dirty. Food wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms."

"This is our third year going to the Melia. The rooms are very accommodating. Shampoo, conditioner, and body washes provided. The staff are beyond wonderful. They greet you and always make sure you have what you need. There’s plenty of food nicely displayed in the main restaurant and the other two ..."
