This modern apartment is designed for comfort and practicality. It features a living room with a single sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds (also joinable) plus an additional single bed. The apartment includes a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. A reserved parking space is provided under a pergola for added convenience.

The apartment is part of a family-oriented tourist resort located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all services, with grocery shops just 50mt away and the pedestrian zone within 300mt. The beach is 1,300mt away and easily reachable via a free shuttle bus or rental bikes provided by the resort.

All apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts, including a security gate at the entrance, air conditioning and heating, safe, satellite TV, microwave oven, coffee machine, and bathrooms with large shower boxes and hairdryers. Each unit includes either covered parking under a pergola or a garage. Additional services include a coin-operated laundry, bike rental for adults and children, and the option to rent baby equipment such as baby beds, high chairs, changing tables, strollers, and cribs.

Guests can enjoy a large outdoor pool area with four swimming pools covering approximately 800 m², featuring different depths, a whirlpool, a children’s play area, and a 4.5 m high water slide. A spacious sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas surrounds the pools. Pay Wi-Fi is available in the pool area and most outdoor spaces, and an overlook tower offers panoramic views.

The resort offers extensive entertainment for all ages, with daily activities (except Saturdays) from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 18:30, including Mini Club, Junior Club, sports activities, and group classes. Evening entertainment features music, theme parties, and shows held in the on-site amphitheatre, supervised by the resort mascot, Rana Mario. Facilities also include an outdoor playground, a large gazebo, an indoor playroom for rainy days, and a beach volleyball court.

The on-site snack bar and restaurant, Sole, is open to guests throughout the day and serves breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 and dinner buffet from 18:30 to 21:00, offering a wide selection of dishes, desserts, fruit, and vegetables (drinks not included). Themed evenings, including the popular “Paella & Sangria Party,” complete the resort experience.
