This air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment, ideal for 6 to 8 guests, features a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed. The apartment is also equipped with a TV, washing machine, and two bathrooms with shower enclosures (one of which has a window). Two spacious, furnished terraces and a covered parking space complete the property. It is located in a small, fully renovated building with an elevator, in a peaceful area just a few minutes’ walk from the lively pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants in Bibione Spiaggia.
