Welcoming two-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, located in a nice residence with a swimming pool, approximately 900 m from the beach. It features a large balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower. It comes with A/C, a washing machine, and one uncovered numbered parking space. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
