"Ocean visible, didn’t use the spa too expensive "

"My wife and I were here for 6 days. It was great!! All the restaurants were very,very good except KasBash which the food was good just no flavor. The buffet was the best buffet we have been at in all our years of travel. The room was nice sized, housekeeping did wonderfully. All the people were very friendly and polite. The beaches were laid out extremely well. We were a little concerned about it being a noisy resort with it being family oriented. However, the pool area got a little noisy but the beach area was relatively quiet. We went on the bird walk one morning. The guide knew his stuff and we saw a lot!! We enjoyed our time here , and maybe someday we can return"

"The location is spectacular. A very relax vibe Less than 100 m from beach to pool . Waves are a bit strong yet swimmable. 20 minutes walk to La Crucecita. Our room (king deluxe on 2nd floor) had a perfect balcony with a little pool where we can see the sunrise every morning . The restaurants at the hotel are gourmet . We will be back "

"Staff was amazing. pool is small and in a bad location. I have been coming here twice a year the last 3 years due to the location of hotel to everything. weight room air conditioning has not work during the time we are here. very hot in the room and 30 minutes of working out becomes unbearable. they always say it will be fixed in the next couple of days, HA!! I think that's how they save money by not running the system. Breakfast was always very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. one thing on our last stay is that are balcony was 4 pigeons that were pooping all over chairs and rails. cleaning people ignored our request to clean it. (only once in 8 days did, they cleaned the balcony) just a few things they need to improve and I would give them a much higher rating. "

"Spectacular spot on the beach, nice pools, location, everything about this place is wonderful. Great rooms with comfy beds, towels and amenities and VIEWS. The food is great, with a nice variety. The staff is friendly, communicate well, and excellent at what they do. The manager Ada made sure to communicate with us. I was impressed! If I stayed there longer than 10 days, I would get bored with the food, but I really enjoy all the restaurants in Huatulco. I don’t usually stay at AllInclusives but I would come back for sure to this one!! "

"Shower pressure was awful and the water didn’t get warm. We were barely making any noise and they kept on bugging us about it because it’s just a bunch of old people that go here."
