"Check in was quick and the room was clean but there were issues. The AC in the room seemed to only have two settings freezing or blowing out warm air and made a noise when the fan stopped blowing that made it hard to sleep. the bathroom pipes made a loud clicking noise that sounded like our rv water pump. They were out of creamer for the coffee and sold out of sunscreen and the restaurant was closed for two mornings even though we paid extra for the free breakfast. The pool was so small, right next to the road, and didn’t look like the pictures. We will choose somewhere else next time we’re in the area."

"Staff could recognize when guests are done with breakfast and clean table areas, so next guest can sit to a clean table to eat on. On my stay there were 2 staff while the other just stood around."

"Not a secure parking lot situation-My wife & son arrived late and felt unsafe with Suspicious activities involving non hotel guests in the lot and in their cars. NO front desk/lobby and NO staff on sight. We chose not get out of the Uber to complete the "virtual check-in" outside in sketchy surroundings. Canceled with the agent via text and went to a different hotel. Aloha refused to refund the booking. Another red flag- this property is listed twice under 2 different names; Aloha Wave AND Aloha Breeze. Same place with different ratings...?"
