"Krystal was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The shower head was positioned wrong & water ran out from the shower into the bathroom and then into the sleeping area which got flooded. We had to mop up the water ourselves using towels. We could not get anyone to come mop up the water. The maintenance man went into the room to adjust the shower and tracked dirty foot steps around the room- after a long discussion with Krystal, she agreed to have the cleaning staff come mop."
