"Our host never provided check-in information and didn't respond to our message inquiry. We had stayed previously, so we used the same instructions. We woke up the next morning to a man rattling the door handle trying to get in. The whole morning was then spent with various people coming and going and putting the host on speaker phone while she accused us of not having a reservation. "A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away).
