Condo is a short walk to the Avila Pier, stroll the beach, drive out on the big wharf at Port San Luis and enjoy the restaurants and entertainment in the area. Ocean and pier view from window, attractively furnished and redecorated, well-equipped with amenities for an enjoyable stay.

Kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, large and small appliances.1 bedroom furnished with Queen Size Bed. Bed and bath linens provided. Living room provides Cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a queen size air-bed. Lower level and handicap accessible. Shared laundry.

Awesome Rental With A Great View

Coastal vacation rentals are always available for any questions although I don’t have many as they have all your needs covered. I had my adult children come to visit and stayed in one of the units which they also found quite comfortable. I appreciate the owner working with me on the price of the unit which means I can stay longer. Hope to be back next year and if unit is available may extend for 3-4 months. Thank you.

Sweet spot in a quaint town

I My booking was handled efficiently and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean. The kitchen had all the necessary kitchen supplies. The bathroom could handle a person in a wheelchair. The queen sized bed was sufficient. I am not a fan of microfiber sheets, which were on the bed. The bathroom is not an en-suite. I loved sitting in the living room and looking out the window with the view down to the beach, which was less than 1/2 a block away! That was heavenly. There was off the road parking for my vehicle. The apartment is close to the Avila Beach Villlage with a smattering of restaurants and shops. I loved the complimentary cotton beach towel to use at the beach. Being a downstairs apartment there was some noise from the upstairs people. The photos in the apartment description are accurate. This a a great apartment for a solo or couple travelers looking for a relaxing time to do the beach scene in a quiet, quaint town.

Great place

We loved this property. Convenient to the beach with parking included (parking is a major challenge in Avila Beach) and lots of great places within walking distance in town. Also convenient for road trips to SLO, Morro Beach, Cayucos and wineries. The 4 of us worked well in this property, the super comfortable blowup mattress was a hit for my kids too! We would happy stay here again.

Amazing location

We loved staying here and they were so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The upstairs is pretty loud and you can hear people walking around. But other than that it was perfect.

A great place to stay by the beach

The property was clean, very close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. The internet was fast. We had a great time. The only small problem was that the air mattress was leaking air a bit - almost needs to be re-pumped in the middle of the night, but not too bad. We would Recommend this place!

The location of the property was spot on!! Beautiful view and right by the beach and restaurants and shops. It was quite hot and only one of the two small fans worked. The bed was full size, not queen. And the air mattress did not stay full with air all night. Overall great location but would not stay here again.

We could see the dolphins and seals swimming in the waves right from our living room window and rush down to the beach in 2 minutes. With a coffee in hand from Kracken Coffee just a half a block away we could stand in our sweats first thing in the morning right on the beach. There is nothing like walking around Avila Beach at night when all the tourists have left and the whole place feels like your own personal town with the sound of the waves crashing and only our footsteps walking on main street.

The kitchen is better equipped than the pictures show with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The Friday evening farmers market was also a lot of fun. The only issue we had to do with the warm weather. If there were a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom it would have made this a perfect trip. A minor issue on a fantastic experience. We will be back.

Great place if you don't mind noise.

We stayed from a Monday-Friday and were the only ones in the building. We had a lovely time. On Thursday a family arrived next door and we could hear actual conversations through the wall/door. The child was loud, just being a child but it made it impossible to read or nap or just think. Someone then rented the upstairs unit and the footsteps above were very loud - maybe carpet or taking off shoes would have helped. Thank goodness we were leaving the next day. We won't return because that was a LOT of money and we would not have been able to enjoy our stay if there were other people there!

Great Little Place in Avila

It is super close to the main beach and loved the view from the dining room window. Perfect for two people. Very clean and modern. Parking lot in back with ramp access for disabled. We could easily walk into town for morning coffee and had a lovely dinner at the Custom House. Great location. I would surely stay there again. Only downside is having to drive to Pismo to pick up and drop off the keys. We live North of Avila so driving to Pismo at check in and check out was a bit inconvenient. Suggest a drop box in Avila for check out.
