We had an amazing getaway at the Condado Vanderbilt. I a so glad we chose this property! The room was better than expected - we were in the older building and did not have a water view. The pillows or mattress were moldy, the hot tub didnt work, the laundry product machines barely worked, the restaurants didnt take card but INSISTED on room charges and then CHARGED an additional $40 per receipt on top of TIPS. AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado
We had a trouble with our rooms overbooked but they adjusted us to another hotel around 10 minutes away which was painful but accomodation at other property was great.
