The pool was enjoyable but we couldn't always get a chaise because of the crowd. Our window did not overlook the beach.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was amazing and so helpful with finding places in the area. The food and drinks on the hotel resort were delicious and good for picky eaters as well! Would 100% recommend and go again!

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The room was nice. Unfortunately we can hear everything going on outside.There were doors slamming all night and we can hear the staff have conversations right outside the door for a long period. We are charged $100 for a buffet breakfast and we’re not given the choice to look through a menu when ...
