"This review is in addition to one I posted on day 3 of our week long stay. This home is beautiful, from the quiet location, to the the tateful decor, to the fact that everything in this home is brand new, including the house itself. Even the back deck is furnished with comfortable furniture for 6 people to enjoy the afternoons. The kitchen is huge and appointed with high end Kitchenaid appliances throughout. A chef would be very happy cooking in this kitchen with quality cookware, dishes,...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and spacious. There are essentially two separate living spaces which worked out great for 8-10 of us. The home is about 15 min NW of Pagosa Springs but we didn’t mind the drive. There was a lot wildlife to see - mostly deer. The forest trail system that is literally across the street was a nice perk. Our 5 y.o. Had a great time exploring the wilderness. Highly recommend this place. "

"We enjoyed our stay, it's beautiful and right on the river. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners were very friendly although we saw briefly upon check in only but they were easy to get a hold of by text(when/if needed). We were there to ski and it's a great location!"
