Entertainment is readily available with a flat-screen TV, while large windows offer ample natural light and create an inviting ambiance. The kitchenette provides the essentials: a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic cookware, so you can easily prepare simple meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity sink, and fresh towels. You'll also have access to a range of amenities, including a private beach, fitness center, table tennis, and water activities like windsurfing and snorkeling. Located just a short distance from popular attractions such as Castillo San Cristóbal, Paseo Tablado de Piñones, Santurce Art Walk, and El Morro, this studio apartment is the perfect home base for your adventures in Puerto Rico.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to all amenities throughout their stay, including the living room, full bathroom, swimming pool, and beach access. They will also have access to the wireless internet, kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. The apartment features air conditioning, a dining table, a patio or balcony, and an elevator. Essentials like bed linens, cookware, dishes, silverware, cleaning products, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Garage is available for parking.

Parking: Enjoy the convenience of on-site guest parking on the P4 level, making it easy to come and go as you explore Isla Verde. The area also offers simple access to car rentals, bike rentals, and walkable attractions, so you can choose the best way to get around during your stay.

24/7 Security: ESJ Towers provides round-the-clock security, with a guard stationed at the entrance for your peace of mind.



Please note: Power outages can occasionally occur on the island; keep your devices charged.



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.



Our cancellation policy varies based on your chosen rate. Standard rates require cancellation 14 days before arrival for a refund; after this, it's non-refundable. Discount rates are non-refundable, but we offer a transferable coupon valid for a year for future bookings.
