The space was nice, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi only worked one day while we were there. And the entrance light was a bit finicky.Nice location to popular hotel beaches. With great access to restaurants on Isla Verde.

This cute studio is roomy enough for two and has everything you need, even a bottle of wine waiting for us). We got breakfast items in Pueblo supermarket and had our lunches/dinners in the restaurants nearby. Manny was responding to texts quickly and Nilsa let us stay couple hours longer on our departure day to accommodate our afternoon flight. The building is next to the ocean. My only two things were: the pillows were huge and uncomfortable (the bed was awesome though) and there was a building close by with some concerns for privacy if the blinds are up. Rather than that, it’s a perfect option for a beach vacation in PR.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this little apartment for a few nights last week and we both agreed that the place started feeling like home after the second night! The view every single morning was amazing and the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. The place is nicely decorated and getting there wasn’t much of a hassle. Manny was incredibly helpful even after we said we’d take a bit longer because of our flight. Overall, this place was a nice experience for our first time in PR!

Overall, the accommodations were just what we needed for our beach vacation. The additional access to beach gear (towels/chairs/cooler/umbrella) made for a stress free trip to any local beach. My only want would be the view of the beach as the pictures shown on the listing - our view was occluded by trees. Overall we had a great stay with good accomodations and hosts.

Everything was lovely, loved that the shower head moved up and down to your liking, the bottled water ready for us as it was very hot, the ac worked the whole time perfectly and everything was very accessible and Ubers were always available and the view was spectacular. Would recommend thisPlace if you’re traveling to PR, manny was very nice as well: thank you for the hospitality!

Nice accommodations.

The studio was exactly as described. Worked well for a couple. The beach is just steps down the road. Always had a parking spot. A little off the beaten path but maybe quieter than the main areas.

Amazing location, host, and all I needed

Excellent communication and helpfulness even with a late check-in time. Apartment very clean and tidy. Apartments beautifully set up, furnishings and equipment starting to get tired. So close to the beach. There are many handy shops and eating places within 10 min walking distance. A wonderful stay, thank you so much

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

The reviews did this property, and the hosts, justice. The pictures were exactly what we found when we got to the apartment. I texted the host, and he responded in less than a minute. The hosts were welcoming, and easily reached during our stay. The views! We literally walked down the steps of the building, and the ocean was right there! We will be back!!!

Great Little Place For A Couple

This was a nice little place for a couple. You can sit out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great. Nilsa was very responsive to any issues we had and was very kind. She provides beach gear so you don’t have to worry about brining your own. The beach is just a short elevator ride down and only about a 100 yards away. Very convenient! The neighborhood felt very safe. There is parking, but it is first come first serve, we personally never had a problem getting a parking space, but it does appear to fill up later at night. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to stay in Puerto Rico for a romantic time.

Fantastic Location!!

I was traveling alone and it felt safe and was very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic!! I loved the ocean view, having the sound of the ocean inside the unit, and the 2 beautiful beaches on either side. Would stay there again!

Property was conveniently located near the beach and close to supermarkets and CVS. Property was overall OK. Had several issues with the apartment complex in itself, power outage twice for over 3 hours and no A/C. The closet sliding door kept derailing when you tried to slide it open. The pics dont actually justify the actual apartmente when you arrive. The place is small, however one thing we really liked is that it had three small coolers, had chairs and umbrellas and two microfiber towels and two sets of snorkeling equipment. The place is ideal for a couple on a budget.
