"I decided to book a room at the Sheraton on a whim while visiting Costa Rica and loved everything about the stay, Minus there aren’t many English channels on the television but I had gadgets to keep me busy so that wasn’t a problem. I booked a room with Club Lounge Access so breakfast everyday was freshly prepared. The Italian upstairs was gorgeous with a pool in the middle. The casino downstairs was a plus and their food too was amazing. Overall, I would recommend the Sheraton for a high-end stay in San Jose Costa Rica"

"Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well. "

"Stayed 3 nights. Safe hotel, good parking with lots of staff around. Beautiful landscaping. Very good breakfast buffet. The housekeeper, Laura, was exceptional and room very comfortable and clean. Suggest using shower shoes as the shower was slippery. Short one block walk to upscale restaurants and grocery store and The Moose, a wonderful coffee shop with great food selection. Hotel pool was not heated and there was no elevator to second floor room. Also no written material in the room on hotel services, so you must ask front desk about anything. "
