The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need, so cooking simple meals or reheating leftovers is effortless. In the bathroom, fresh bath and beach towels, toiletries, soap, toilet paper, and reliable hot water are ready from day one. Extra linens and a pillow, iron and ironing board, personal safe, hangers, and a luggage stand keep everything organized for longer stays. A dining table for two, dedicated workspace with WiFi, and private balcony for morning coffee or sunset breezes make this studio perfect for both vacation and remote work.

For added ease, guests have access to four elevators, a modern laundry room, and one parking space upon request. Other Things to Note:

Power outages are rare but can happen in Puerto Rico; the building’s generator keeps common areas like the elevators and lobby running, and if the power goes out during your stay, you’re welcome to relax in the air conditioned lobby until service returns.

Occasional building or pool maintenance may take place Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and while the on-site pool is under renovation, guests can conveniently access nearby hotel pools through our partnership with ResortPass.
