Overall it was a nice stay. However there was a few things to note:Not even a spatula in the kitchen, nor a full size pan.The water gets to about 80 when showering, its doable but not the most comfortable.The bed sheets were too big, they kept popping off every couples hours, it felt kinda gross to realize you were sleeping on a half bare mattress who knows who did what on. The building and facilities were nice, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same building again.

Convenient Location, Beautiful View

This condo served as a good “home base” for our family vacation as we ventured out to explore the island. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store and local attractions. The view is amazing. Beatrice was very responsive via email when we needed to communicate. She also provided a very detailed list of local restaurants, shops, etc for anyone not familiar with San Juan.

Bring your own beach towels

This was our 6th time staying at this location/complex. We love the view, location and pool area. Unfortunately, this was our least favorite unit. The furnishings are very basic and dorm like. It may be ok for short stays but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The bath towels are to be used as your beach towels. We contacted Beatrice and was told housekeeping would try and drop some off but that never happened in our 9 days there. All the linens are worn and thin. The bed pillows are standard and have oversized king size pillowcases. Replacing all the linens and providing beach towels would make for a much more comfortable stay.

Warm weather get away

Our stay at this property was very good. Our view was spectacular. I felt the security for the condo was very good. You receive a fob and it allows you to get in and out of the building area. The one thing I would have liked was that the pool area would have allowed beverages around the pool.

Incredible View

The view and the beach are incredible. Place is nice, small but comfortable. Complex is quiet and very friendly - great front door/security workers. Always helpful and smiling. Lots of options for food and shopping on street side of condo complex. Area lacks waterfront bars/dining compared to Mexico, Florida and Gulf Shores visits we have done. Furniture is very dorm room-ish but we weren't there much. Bed was super comfortable with a few squeaks here and there. Deck was great for 2 of us to enjoy the view and waves. Great that host has beach chairs and a small cooler available - we got a lot of use out of them. Had a couple issues with TV and door lock that were not resolved during the stay but not show stoppers by any means. Hard to believe anyone wouldn't thoroughly enjoy a stay here.

Older/ to many remotes

Place was older than pictures show. However it was very clean. The condo requires you to have a garage door opener and a opener for every door. The beach area was nice but don’t plan on having calm waters, go To the south end ( crash boat beaxh if you want this) overall the condo was fine for your nightly sleep, the bed does make a lot of noise when you flip during the night!

We has an amazing two day stay. Views are incredible and easy walk downstairs to pool and beach . Apartment was very clean and had everything needed . We will definitely stay again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay! Wonderful views. Condo is perfect size for Small family. Cutely decorated. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Close to airport and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Host provided very clear instructions on check in and condo maintenance. Nice guidebook with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Thank you for a nice time!

Great beach. Lovely condo.

Very well kept condo in a nice location. Comfortable and clean. Beach is wonderful. Close to everything you need but need a car ( car or uber ) if you want to sightsee.

Fantastic location!

Great location and gorgeous ocean view. Overall condo was clean but the floors could use a scrubbing and the wall air conditioning units need cleaning as well. Condo looks just like the published photos. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Isla Verde!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this one bedroom condo right on the beach. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and was quite comfortable for the two of us. We loved going to the beach and pool and sitting in the balcony in the evenings. Our hostess left many wonderful recommendations for dinner--we liked Santaella, Asere, and Metropol. Also check out the Panaderia Espana!! Also, I arrived first and alone for five days of work before my husband joined me. As a woman traveling alone, I was very reassured by how secure the building and parking garage is. We love this little gem and hope to be back!

Nice place

Nice condo on the beach. Clean and access to safe parking. Had problem with sliding door to balcony, called owner and immediately sent handyman over to fix issue. Only suggestion would possible be a lamp on the nightstand for reading. Thanks for everything

Beautiful and relaxing!

Our vacation to Beatrice’s condo was the most perfect, peaceful, much needed time away we could have hoped for! The condo had everything we needed for the 2 of us to stay there for the whole week. It was in really good condition for being a rented property! The view is spectacular and the convenience both to the amenities on the property and the necessary places nearby (store, drugstore, gas station, restaurants) was fabulous! Beatrice was so helpful with a massive document full of suggestions, directions, and contact information, which proved invaluable time and time again! My husband and I are already talking about when we return and how we want to stay here again. Thank you, Beatrice!

Our amazing stay at condo 1210

My husband and I had the most amazing time at Beatrice little condo. It was perfect the view was amazing and falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the oven was perfect. She has everything you will need to fell like you are at home. I love how everything is secure and everyone is so friendly. Beatrice also answered any questions we had about local food and were to go. We will definitely be back and rent from Beatrice again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. It was perfect.

This property was pictured and described accurately. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend is a rug for outside of the shower. The water splashes out easily. Our overall stay was amazing.

Perfect view, great customer service

I just checked out yesterday morning and really did not want to leave. The views are amazing, the building is pretty secure and very quiet. Beatrice was very quick to respond anytime I had a question. The grocery store was less than a mile walk and the property has a cart you can take to carry groceries back. Overall- I was very satisfied and I’d gladly stay again.

Wonderful stay in Isla Verde

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach is amazing. There is a Walgreens and CVS right across the street. Beatrice was quick to reply to any questions we had before the trip and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She emailed a document with restaurant/excursion recommendations as well as tips about Uber and taxis and other odds and ends. Those recommendations were invaluable. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for everything, Beatrice!

Outstanding Apartment & Location

If you're looking for a perfect San Juan getaway, look no further. The apartment is spacious, the porch has a gorgeous view, and the bed is extremely comfortable. My wife and I had an amazing stay here. It's just ten minutes from the airport on the highest rated beach in San Juan. I would happily return here again!
