WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Relaxing and beautiful place

It was a beautiful location and very nice place to stay. It’s located on a beautiful beach and enjoyed morning and night time sunshine against the beautiful blue water. My wife and I would stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico.

Worth every penny!

The property showed some age but, everything was clean and well laid out. The beach access was very convenient, and the beach was well kept. The highlight of our stat was the amazing views, and the walkable neighborhood with several excellent dining choices. There is also a casino located next door. If you do not want to go far to enjoy your stay, you do not need to worry.

The studio was beautiful, super clean and with all the amenities needed. The location was very impressive with a view of the ocean from the room that is exactly as the picture on the site One thing the descriptions failed to mention is that the room is in the PENTHOUSE with a full view of the ocean. and your own parking space. We will recommends this location to our own family.

Our PR pre cruise vacation

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights prior to our cruise. Loved the location on a beautiful beach. Fun to be on the top floor or “Pent House” floor. The view was spectacular. Nice to have a full kitchen and everything we needed . Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Thought the price was a great value. Would recommend and hope to stay there again.

What a view!

Loved our stay. Beautiful view. Comfortable condo and bed. Loved the communications from the hostess, Isabel. My every question was answered promptly. We really appreciated her. Great location. Easy beach access. Close to several restaurants. Grocery store is a few blocks away and so is CVS.

Isabel (The Hostess) is a great communicater and responds quickly. Excellent location for dining and beach access and the view from the terrace is wonderful and very relaxing in the evening while listening to the crashing of the waves. Checking in was nice and easy with an underground parking near the elevators to the penthouse and security by the front desk. I'll BE Back!

great time in isla verde

all was good. the only thing, was that the neighboring hotel put in a huge, loud, ac system. No fault of the owner, but if you are looking for a place to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves lapping onto the beach.... this is not it

Comfortable and Enjoyable Surroundings

When we arrived to the reception area from the airport, I texted the host to the property to let her know we had arrived and she responded with the passcode. We then went to our room on the 17th floor and were very impressed with our surroundings. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we were very pleased with our pick. While I rate the room as a 5, I rate ESJ Towers as a 3.5 and I will state the reasons why, they say that the pool is under renovations, however, nothing is being done to it at all. Also, there were days that only 1 elevator was working in the main lobby area, while the others were being repaired. One day we actually witnessed plaster falling off the wall. The property is right on the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants, the pharmacy and the grocery store. Our favorite was Mi Casita a couple of blocks away. They have a small gym in the underground parking which had the necessary equipment to have a decent workout which we utilized everyday. Certain renovations are needed in ESJ Towers, but we were left with the impression that they might be financially strained. Anyway we definitely enjoyed our beach walks in the mornings and roamed around Puerto Rico during the day. In the evening hours we sat having a glass of wine enjoying the night life in Isla Verde. Our host was exceptional and our accommodations were very comfortable.

Comfortable apartment with fantastic views, and some noise issues

Located on the 17'th floor, the views over Isla Verde beach are fantastic. The apartment really looks and feels like someones vacation home, which I prefer over the sterile feeling of a hotel. It may need some new paint, but that is purely cosmetic. Unlike the building itself which feels like it could make a great set for a depressing sci-fi or horror movie. The only major downside of the apartment are all the loud fans from air conditioning units (both in the building itself and from neighbouring buildings) - if you are not used to it, bring earplugs, and if you are used to it you will probably not notice it enough to care. The beach club next door appears to play loud music on weekends that is so loud that everything in the room vibrates even with all doors closed. Thankfully it stops by 8pm. And until the pool below is repaired, expect jackhammers on and off from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. You hear surprisingly little from the airport though, as the building itself shields from that noise. Other than that, it is a really nice apartment with fantastic views, comfortable bed, useful kitchen, good bathroom, free parking in parking garage, close to restaurants as well as a supermarket, and friendly host that was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again - after the pool has been repaired.

We were looking for a beachfront efficency rental with a great view at a reasonable price in the middle of November. This property checked all the boxes. Everything was as described in the listing. The A/C worked well. All of the staff at the ESJ Towers was friendly and helpful. The unit's owner offered excellent communication before and during our stay and responded promptly to any of my inquirties. My only mild complaint is that the shower had low water pressure and the hot water didn't get much hotter than lukewarm (I read other reviews of units in this building that said the same thing)...we made it work. The location is in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The nearby Pueblo supermarket had everything you need including prepared foods & a large wine & beer selection (tip: They grow excellent coffee in PR, but don't export much. If you want to bring some home,pick it up at Pueblo...the prices are much lower than at the gift shops or airport) We enjoyed local dishes and the comfortable atmosphere at Plato's restaurant & Lechonero Diego was great for take out. It was a 15-20 minute Uber ride to Old San Juan at a reasonable cost My wife particularly enjoyed Cafe Cortez in Old San Juan...every menu item includes some form of chocolate! Overall, we think it was one of best vacations at a reasonable price.

Great location with an amazing view. I was only in town for two nights for a funeral service and this was the perfect location to remember the life of a dear friends. Uber rides came within 2 minutes of ordering and the cafe in the lobby had a nice coffee and food menu. Isabella gave excellent instructions and was very attenative.
