"I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have complimentary coffee maker, coffee and sweetener, and that the room shower is cramped. I called the front desk to enquire why there wasn't any coffee maker or complimentary coffee, and they said that the rate I paid was a basic room. I paid $101.00 plus local taxes per night. I am completely disappointed and will not use this property in the future. "

"A nice hotel, but the check in was terrible. There was only one desk clerk on duty, and she spent at least 40 minutes trying to help one couple. The rest of us (15-20 people) had to wait in line for our rooms. (10:30 pm and tired from a long flight.)"

"Good place to stay near the North bus station but there was a loud banging sound (from the air conditioner?) every 30 minutes or so the whole night which kept waking us up. Also the sound insulation of the room is terrible and you'll be up with the 6am construction sounds. Otherwise, it was fine."

"The staff was very friendly and made the stay pleasant. The included breakfast was nice to have. The property itself is interesting, the pictures on the wall and art all around are definitely a talking point. Keep in mind that depending on where your room is, there’s a good amount of stairs and no elevators. The rooms we stayed at also lack natural light from the windows so if you’d like a bit of a view of the city then this may be tough to get here. "

Breakfast was excellent and we were really disappointed to miss it on the second day due to an early collection. Big room, nice soaps. We got a bit of noise from the Aircon fans but earplugs masked this fine"
