"Everything about the Tremont House exceeded expectations. The hotel staff were exceptional—knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The valet service was just as impressive. But the true highlight is the Rooftop Bar. Breathtaking views, delicious food, and handcrafted drinks make it an unforgettable experience. It’s my go-to whenever I visit family in Galveston."

"Fantastic location! It’s walking distance to the Salt Grass Restaurant and it’s across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. It’s also not far from the Port of Galveston. One negative is that although the room has had some remodeling the lamp between the beds was corroded (likely from the ocean air) and should be replaced."

"Absolute best place to stay, especially if you're going on one of the cruise ships located at the adjoining piers. Excellent location in the historic area of Galveston with everything you need within walking distance or trolley service. Hotel was very clean with amazing staff; especially Dee who is one of the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff associates I've ever had the pleasure to deal with."

"The property was in a great location , very quick drive to the seawall and all beaches, pleasure pier, Murdochs, moody gardens, and water park. The host responded very quickly when messaged and was accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Our condo was on the second story. House was very clean and had plenty of room for us for adults and two babies under one. Definitely would stay here again!"
