"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"Hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing. The breakfast was good. Would have preferred a menu but they will make almost anything you want. Location was not great since you had to get a taxi to get into town each time. Hot tub was just a lukewarm pool. Kids were loud sometimes until late. Overall and beautiful hotel and great staff just not entirely the experience I was looking for."
