The room was a little outdated, but seemed clean. The staff was rude and unpleasant, however, during the check-in and parking process. The location and price was the winning factor as it is a short distance from the pier.

Beds were uncomfortable and slanted, didnt provide extra pillows or blankets on the room for the 2 extra beds when states sleeps 6. Staff was rude and no customer service on both evening and morning. Location is why they stay booked! Appreciated that.

Had a decent time here as we just used it for an overnighter for old dudes. Room was very quiet of course we were off season during the week so there was no one there. Decent property and it's location is key.

We arrived at 7 pm, and unfortunately there was no parking left in the hotel lot. However, there was a parking structure a 2 minute walk away that was reasonably priced for the night with in/out privileges. The room itself was clean, though the refrigerator had an odor. The beds were very comfortable, shower was hot, and room was quiet. All things considered, we would stay at this hotel again. You really can’t beat the location and proximity to Fisherman’s Wharf. It was less than a 15 minute walk to Ghirardelli Square and less than a 5 minute walk to Pier 39.

For some reason a staff member walked into my room at 1 in the morning. Other than that the stay was nice. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The gated on site parking was great
