With 3 marvelous bedrooms, including two queen beds and kids’ bunk beds, it comfortably accommodates all guests. Street parking is easy and plentiful. 10 minute walk to the subway and 2 minute walk from a bus stop. The 2 bathrooms a have showers and one crafted tub. Fabulous views from a massive deck and balcony. Freshly painted with remodeled floors as of March, 2025. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this awesome property offers everything you need. The house is walking distance from restaurants and Glen Park Canyon, with hiking options, a tennis court, a playground and indoor climbing. NOTE: There is loving, indoor/outdoor cat who lives here. His name is Meofrasio. He looks like George Clooney:). Guests are expected to love cats (ie not allergic) and feed Meofrasio once a day. Meofrasio is low maintenance. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. There is no litter box as Meofrasio goes out independently through the cat doors.
