MASTER BEDROOM:
–Queen size bed. It is a Serta orthopedic mattress that is supposed to be great for the back.
–Very pretty bedding and pillows all included. Everything matches and flows together. Very romantic.
–Very beautiful parisian style armoir and night stand. 10 ft closet for lots of storage. Flat screen TV with DVD player so you can watch TV from your bed. All wood floors. Chrystal chandelier in bedroom.

BATHROOM:
–Brand new bathroom. Black marble tile on floor and shower walls.
–6 jet jacuzzi tub. Great for showers too.
–Brand new pedestal sink and faucets. Towels included.
–Big window in bathroom for natural light. Bathroom old hollywood style light over mirror/sink.

LOCATION:
–UCSF is a few blocks away. Easy walk. It has a great fitness center/gym and swimming pool.
–Tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, crepe places, nail salons, and cute shops within a couple of blocks.
–Downtown Inner Sunset (9th & Judah) is only 2 blocks away. Great sushi restaurants, book stores and supermarkets in the city are only a few blocks away.
–Several good yoga studios nearby.
–Golden Gate Park, Museums, the arboretum, etc. are within a few blocks.
–The N-Judah Muni stop is only a block away. It is very easy to get downtown within 25+ minutes. Or you can go the other way and be at the beach and ocean within a minutes.
–This place scored 88 out of 100 on Walkscore because it is one of the best places to live and walk everywhere in San Francisco and even in the whole U.S.
