My second stay at this hotel. Great location, safe, but not the safest area or the cleanest, but to be honest not many areas of SF are these days. The hotel is very cool, though the staff has always been very cold. I would stay again if they offered repeat costumer discounts.

Relatively clean hotel, carpet in my room had stuck on debris. Room also has musty scent. Bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable.

It was amazing! Definitely a nice room. I will say the walls are very thin, the floors creak a lot, and there were some things that weren’t necessarily super clean but I still enjoyed my stay!
