This is a beautiful hotel in a central location. We loved the decor and furniture pieces in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The adjoining restaurant is unique and a must-try while visiting.

This unassuming hotel on the edge of the Tenderloin was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and a very good value for a no frills budget hotel. Easy check in, a friendly staff, and a good location close to public transit means that I will stay there again.

Staff was friendly offer to come up and help with TV connection. Wifi didn't work. Room was noisy from city life which is normal. The hotel did offer ear plugs. Room was hot. No AC in this hotel. They did offer a fan but still hot. Restaurant at the hotel had good food.

Was a delightful stay! They were all so lovely at the property and the room was cozy and perfect for my weekend stay! It’s centrally located to the Powell station. Some of the plugs in my room didn’t work but it was alright. A great hotel!

Didn't like that this property does not have air conditioner. this was a last minute reservation and I didn't know this. They have a fan in thee room but I also need to open the windows. For the rest it was a beautifull hotel and very clean. Confortable bed and pillows.
