The Sofia Hotel
People were helpful and friendly. Loved the fruity water in the lobby. Great location. Did not like the light panel in 7th floor rooms. Even after a tutorial, no one explained how to request maid service. Water bottles were available except for an evening employee who said they were $3 each.
