**MAIN LIVING AREA**
This home was just fully remodeled and features an awesome open floor plan for hanging out, taking in killer views of the San Diego Harbor from the living room, and dining with your crew while admiring the European-inspired chef's kitchen.
Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, incredible view, and seating area huddled around a luxurious fireplace. Take in the harbor view with a glass of wine or a good book, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city from a perfect distance, whether from inside or the front deck. The living room also features a state-of-the art projector and screen that drops down from the ceiling for your viewing enjoyment!
- Bedroom one features a king size bed, views of the bay and a 43" TV
- Bedroom two features a king sized bed and walk in closet
- Bedroom three has a queen sized bed an an en-suite bath with shower
- The kids' quarters have two twin bunks beds, games/toys and a kid sized table for hanging out. Your kids (or friends who act like kids) will love this space set up just for them!
- All bedrooms have super comfy mattresses, black out blinds and noise machines.
- The shared hall bath has a tub/shower combo with rainfall showerhead and a LED lighted mirror.
- There is one additional half bath off the kitchen

When it's time to head out and enjoy San Diego, you're within a 10-minute drive of nearly all major attractions, including the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Downtown, Gaslamp District, the Harbor, Old Town, and most beaches. You can also walk to numerous local shops and restaurants in the Mission Hills area. This location will leave you saying 'WOW'.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so it's great for families and small groups, but NOT GREAT for late night parties (e.g. bachelor parties, etc). We request guests to respect the city noise ordinance and bring the noise inside by 10:00 p.m.
We are confident you won't find a more special, relaxing, and memorable rental for your extended stay in San Diego, and we can't wait to roll out the red carpet for you!
**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
Please note: the driveway is somewhat narrow and best suited for smaller vehicles for easier parking and access.
**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
** HOUSE RULES **
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and not conducive to parties or loud groups. It's not that we don't like to have fun, but living next to a vacation rental can be tough, so please help us stay in good graces with our neighbors.

All guests must be over the age of 25 unless a parent is present on the property. If any of these rules are violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and all monies paid will be forfeited. We take this very seriously, so if you are coming to RAGE, this is not the right rental for you.
The home is on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes to the heart of downtown and all the action, you couldn't stay in a more ideal location. You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes! We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.
