Sweet cottage home close to beaches, airport and other attractions

  • Welcome home! This great property has a tropical feel in the front yard with several palms and a sun drenched private back yard perfect for relaxing. The open floor plan will welcome you with plenty of windows and sliding doors to take advantage of the cool breeze. Centrally located to all the best San Diego has to offer: 8 minutes to Sea World or Ocean Beach and only 5 minutes to Liberty Station. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Cabrillo Monument are all within 15 minutes. There is plenty of street parking right in front as this home is not on a busy street. This property is conveniently located near the airport. As with all homes in the Point Loma area you will hear planes when the airport is open between 6:30am and 11:30pm. There is a detached studio unit on this property with a long-term renter. It has its own access and is completely separated from the main house with a privacy fence.
