Great house

I almost done want to write a review to give away my new favorite spot. Maybe cliche. It’s a great location and it offers privacy if you have several guests. I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and they have just the bare minimum. I felt like it was my place all the way down to the kitchen ware, spices, towels, beach gear, etc. We over packed thinking the bikes, boogie boards, etc weren’t going to be nice enough to use. We left everything in the car and didn’t have to repack and make our belongings “car” clean. Getting comfortable and tear down was very easy, we will be coming back.

We had an excellent stay. This is so well located - can walk to everything and it is so cool to be right between the ocean and the bay. The place was very clean and well equipped. Definitely stay here again!

This was a great location and well equipped house. We walked to the beach with the provided towels and beach chairs. Several restaurants were walkable, other places like the zoo and La Jolla cove were a short drive

House was as described and worked great for our family as it was me and my husband and my daughter and her husband. Each couple had their own space. Dining room chairs were pretty uncomfortable for any extended period of time (we played cards in the evening) and the knob to adjust the water temperature in the upstairs shower was very hard to adjust. Other than that a good property.

Great house in perfect location

This is a great house - updated and very clean. Beds are comfy. Loved the pedestrian walkway out the front door right to the beach/boardwalk which was closer than you would think. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need. And the double stall garage was a huge plus for the area. Loved that the management informed us as soon as the house was ready. It was cold and rainy so didn't use much of the beach toys but they did have everything you could want. Also, much easier to get to and from other San Diego attractions than I expected.

Great house, fantastic location & full of goodies!

House was great location - just 30secs from the beach! I stayed with a family of three adults and two children under 10 and the house was great for our needs. It is listed, but adjust note that the third master bedroom at the top of the property does not have a door. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our day. The best part was all of the extras that were provided for the beach… Boards, beach cruiser bikes, and plenty of toys for the kids. Multiple beach towels were also provided, which was really helpful. Hello, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Great house

This is a great house, very well equipped, comfortable beds, very well stocked, lots of towels and beach chairs and a wagon. Property management was so nice, so accommodating and helpful. everything worked well, layout is great with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. Rooftop was great with fire table etc. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great beach home and location

This is the second time staying in this home and it didn’t disappoint again! There was just six adults and my sister had the house next-door so we enjoyed sitting on the rooftop and barbecuing! Each room has its own split AC unit so that is a nice bonus! With their own bathrooms. Comfy beds! The garage is stocked with plenty of beach items… 2 bikes and locks-4 chairs, umbrella & Beach towels. Close walk down to the beach! Loved having fridge w ice maker- And a coffee maker/keurig. We will be back next year for sure!

Fabulous Beach getaway!

We enjoyed the 4th of July week at this great beach home!!! It was in the perfect location for our family, walking distance from many restaurants, local shops, Belmont Park for rides, and of course the beach and the bay! We all had fun watching fireworks from the top balcony all week (Seaworld was putting them off every night, and we had a great view of so many more on the 4th of July). Having a garage was a huge plus after seeing the lack of available street parking nearby due to the Holiday. The home itself was very comfortable for our family, plenty of space and well equipped! We loved access to all the beach supplies in the garage, including chairs, umbrellas, blankets and towels, sports balls, beach cruisers, and even a wagon to transport it all. That was super helpful to not have to add those items to our packing list! The kitchen was also very well equipped with just about anything needed to prepare meals while there, ample dishware, cookware, and serving pieces. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend!

Great area and home

This is in a great location - steps to the beach and many restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store in walking distance. We spent the majority of our time on the top balcony. It has a comfortable sectional couch and we liked using the firepit in the chilly mornings. The beds were very comfortable; however, the living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable. It’s a cute sitting area, but a couple of couches or small sectional would make it nicer for lounging. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in all bathrooms … and we loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. We would’ve liked to open more windows for fresh air, but only a couple have screens. Also more window coverings would be nice. The front windows on the second level (kitchen/living area) don’t have blinds or curtains. Although it’s not a bedroom where someone is sleeping, it would be nice for privacy in the evening. We weren’t able to watch Hulu TV in the bedrooms. They all were logged out and I was able to get the login information from the manager, but then needed info to reactivate the account. I didn’t bother messaging again because it wasn’t a huge deal. Just something they should maybe check before guests arrive to make sure everything is working. It was great having all the beach gear provided - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even two bikes. Communication with management company was excellent. Although there were some things that could be improved, we would certainly stay here again!

Great beach getaway

Overall, great stay! Pros: location, house fully stocked with amenities, including everything you need for the beach, great deck and fire pit and communication with house host. Cons: All bathrooms need a refresh, all useable but it’s time.

This house was everything we expected! I liked how close it was to the beach! It was very clean and spacious for our large party of 8. I panicked for a bit because I didn’t receive instructions on how to get in until about 10 mins after check in. But other than that the price and house itself was nice! Definitely would stay again!

Great spot

Great house, especially for two families whose kids don't mind bunking together. The house was clean and convenient to all things near the beach. We parked the car and never moved it. The house was stocked with all beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, Spikeball, etc.).

Family getaway

Had the most wonderful time with all the amenities we needed along with a variety of different beach and outdoor supplies. It was in a perfect location, walking distance from local restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to family’s looking for a wonderful vacation home.

Ideal location, wonderful stay

Ideal location, comfortable beds, well stocked with beach toys, chairs, kitchen items and more. We had a great time. One small downside is responsiveness of property manager. I reached out twice with quick questions in advance of stay and didn’t hear back.. Still an excellent stay..

Beautiful

The home was beautiful and located right next to oceanfront board walk! It’s a long walk to Belmont but not too bad. The home was very comfortable and relaxing for my family and I! We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood wasn’t too loud at night either. The only issue is the A/C on the third floor was not working properly so it was pretty hot for the person sleeping in that room as well as the bed not being the most comfortable. Other then that we loved our stay at this beautiful vacation him and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Absolutelt wonderful!

This lovely 3-story condo is a few steps from the beach and a few more from the bay. Located in the neighborhood of Pacific Beach, it is surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The condo itself has a gourmet kitchen which is very well stocked, a lovely upstairs balcony, with a fire pit, that looks out at the ocean. There is a bedroom with bath on each floor making it ideal for families. The management company was so easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Navy reunion

Three former naval officers from the early 90s wanted a place to get together to reminisce over our service when stationed in San Diego. The house was perfect both in terms of comfort, amenities and location. I would highly recommend.
