We loved our stay at the Kemp family beach home! Besides being a beautiful and comfortable property with fabulous amenities, it was the perfect location for access to the ocean, bay and The Point where we attended a wedding.
So many features that made our stay so comfortable:
-The top floor with large kitchen, living room with a comfy couch for a quick nap!, and big deck with table off dining area-a few in our party loved sitting out there drinking coffee in the early morning.
-We loved the design of the kitchen, its appliances and how well stocked it is. There is an abundance of counter space, cookware, serving dishes, cooking and eating utensils, storage containers and more. We didn’t do any baking, but had we wanted to, there was no lack there.
-Night lights strategically placed throughout the house - bedrooms, bathrooms & hallways.
-Kleenex available in the kitchen and every bathroom.
-Two paper towels on holders in the kitchen.
Items we used that made our stay more fun:
-Two well-maintained beach cruisers
-Beach chairs & coolers
-Horse shoes - such a hit at our beach get together!
Other highlights:
-We were able to park a 2001 Toyota Tacoma and 6 seat golf cart in the garage! People stopping by to visit were able to park in the space in front of the garage.
-Teresa was very prompt to respond whenever we contacted her and accommodated our request for early check-in.
-Nancy, the property manager, was helpful and provided clear instructions.
